You are in fact better at something than you THINK you are, The only reason that you struggle with your own perceptions on being inadequate, is the way you have been THINKING about yourself. All you have to do is make a slight adjustment in your mind. The thing that changes your thought patterns is a small little thing called BELIEF. You must understand that the law of the mind is the law of BELIEF. What ever you believe you are, so it shall be. Its a fundamental law.
I have seen companies almost change their complete structures and pile on the incentives to get people to work more productively, whether in sales or operations with NO success. The companies forgot one small detail, the belief capacity of their staff, because that is where it needs to change, irrespective of incentives.
You need to first change your BELIEF in your mind before you achieve anything of success. Do the adjustment and you will avoid an expensive psychologist :), because they will tell you the same thing for a fee.
If you don’t believe you will not be believed, and you will not believe in your own abilities to succeed.
