The timitidy that underestimation brings.

We know that timidity is a mind-set that lacks self assurance, courage and bravery. In business a timid mind can be a devastating mind-set to have when you have to find new business or negotiate a deal. A timid mind only sees difficulty. The driving force of a timid mind is a fundamental belief that says  ‘I am useless at everything I do’. So because of that fundamental belief no sales are made and stagnation sets in. The timid mind will always avoid the things that brings success. Those things that brings success calls for courage. The timid mind doesn’t have or understand courage.

One of the things that can bring about a timid or courageous mind-set is your own perception of how good or inadequate you are to operate in the business world. That perception is gathered from good or bad experiences or the nonsense other timid people say to you.The moment a belief of any sort anchors itself in your mind it becomes fundamental in the way you approach and operate in the business world.

Underestimation of what you are capable of as a human being is a issue you need to deal with. You are in fact far better than you think you are in those things that you are good at.   Stop underestimating yourself. Stop questioning yourself so much. Let a belief of competency begin to develop. Just focus on the things you are good at, then you will see a huge difference in you output.

Choose courage over timidity. Choose wisely. Time waits for no one.

    Hi Marcus

    This is a powerful quote/message that i feel it can be explained in simple, simple words too.
    This stands for;
    Keep doing what you need to keep doing.
    Stop doing what you need to stop doing.
    Start doing what you need to start doing.

    In the business world never nurse other peoples feeling or make friends with your colleauges, becuase you will never shine or stand out. This brings timidity in your mind set that you dont want your colleagues to look bad when you do good and this kills your perfomance at work becuase always feel pity for your colleauges.
